Hornchurch Gymophobics first opened its doors on 02/01/2013 and since then has worked with ladies of all ages from Teens to seventy plus. The Hornchurch franchise is owned by Debbie and John.
The first step to changing your life for the better is to pay us a visit. A Guest Visit is free and there is absolutely no obligation to enrol. On arrival we will show you around before discussing what you would like to achieve. For most ladies this is likely to be a weight and inch loss goal. Our ladies come in all shapes and sizes, from some who want to lose a few pounds to those needing to shed many stones. Nothing phases our staff of course as they have worked with so many ladies before.
Of course it is not all about achieving a better figure. We are just as interested on getting you ‘fit’ on the inside. The programme is designed to lower blood pressure, strengthen the heart, improve lung function and flush out the blood vessels. The risk of cardio vascular disease, i.e. stroke, heart attack, thrombosis and even type 2 diabetes is dramatically reduced and you will see a significant increase in energy.
We take your age into account too plus your current physical condition so if you see yourself as being very unfit you have nothing to worry about. Once your Instructor has discussed your goals she will be able to explain how often you should need to attend and how long it will take to achieve your results.
Most of our ladies attend two or three times per week and sessions last just 30 minutes. You will love our exercise ‘circuit’. There are no clanking weights You will be using our unique ‘AIR’ machines that make exercise really easy. In fact they take the work out of the workout! Even if you have never exercised for years you will be surprised at how well you can cope. Better still – you will love the way each session makes you feel.

It will include your 30 minute gym sessions plus a 10 minute home exercise routine and our low sugar diet which allows you to eat all the foods which once were banned!
